When I was One, I had just begun. When I was Two, I was nearly new. When I was Three I was hardly me. When I was Four, I was not much more. When I was Five, I was just alive. But now I am Six, I'm as clever as clever, So I think I'll be six now for ever and ever. A A Milne.
Dad, I remember being so tiny when you read this to us. Later you bought the book for your Grandson George’s birthday, when he too was very small. I will always remember and when I have grandchildren I will read it to them. xx

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
